Billing & Cancellation

This page explains, in plain language, how paying for a Runethos product works. We show the full price and billing terms before you check out — never after. If anything here is unclear, contact us before purchasing.

Subscriptions and renewals

Most Runethos apps are sold as subscriptions billed monthly or annually. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. The price and how often it renews are shown at checkout, before you pay.

How to cancel

You can cancel any time — there is no cancellation fee and no phone call required. When you cancel:

• Your plan stops renewing at the end of the current paid period.
• You keep access until that period ends; we do not cut you off early.
• We do not auto-charge you again after you cancel.

To cancel, go to Manage your subscription and enter the email you paid with. Our payment processor, Stripe, emails you a one-time sign-in link. From there you can cancel, update your card, and download receipts. The page shows the date your plan ends, and you can renew it from the same page any time before then.

If you bought more than one plan and one is missing there, contact support with the email you paid with and we will cancel it for you.

Refunds

If something isn't right, reach out. Purchases are made on this site through Stripe, and we handle refund requests fairly and in line with Stripe's processes. We will not make it difficult to get a legitimate refund.

Price changes

If we ever change the price of a plan, the change applies to future billing periods only, and we will notify you in advance so you can decide whether to continue. We never quietly raise a recurring charge.

Who is billed

Many Runethos customers are parents purchasing on behalf of a minor athlete. The account holder and billing party is the adult who checks out and pays. Please review the plan terms before purchasing for your athlete.
