Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Runethos website and your purchase of Runethos products (Reforged, Fuel Or Fold, Elasticore, FreezeFire, and any future products or bundles). By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Who can purchase

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription. Runethos products are built for middle school and high school football players, but the purchasing account holder must be an adult — typically a parent or guardian buying on behalf of an athlete.

Your purchase and access

Runethos products are web applications that you open in a browser. They are not distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and there is nothing to install from an app store. The email address you pay with is your entitlement key: after purchase you open the relevant product at its web address and sign in with that same email. Keep your email secure; access follows the paying email. If a product does not reflect your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it.

Acceptable use

• Don't resell, share, or redistribute access you purchased.
• Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to breach the site or apps.
• Use the products as intended — for training, not for any unlawful purpose.

What we sell — and what we don't promise

Runethos provides training, nutrition, recovery, and playbook-study tools and a standard to work to. We do not promise specific athletic outcomes — no guarantees of recruitment, scholarships, playing time, or performance results. Progress depends on the work you put in.

Intellectual property

The Runethos name, logos, product brands, content, and software are owned by Runethos and protected by law. These terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the products as sold.

Billing

Subscription, renewal, and cancellation terms are described on our Billing & Cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The products are provided "as is." Training carries inherent physical risk; consult a qualified professional as appropriate. To the extent permitted by law, Runethos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders. Questions? Contact us.
