This policy explains what we collect on the Runethos website and how we use it. Because our athletes are frequently minors, we are deliberately conservative about data.

Who the account holder is

Purchases are made by an adult (typically a parent or guardian). The information we collect at checkout — name, email, and payment details handled by our payment processor — belongs to that adult account holder, not the minor athlete.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

This website is intended for adult purchasers, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. Any data about a minor athlete is handled within the product apps under their own privacy terms, with appropriate parental involvement. If you believe a child provided us information here, contact us and we will delete it.

What we collect

• Purchase info: the email you pay with, and order details.
• Payment: processed by our payment provider — we don't store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To process your purchase and grant access tied to your email.
• To reply when you contact us. Your payment receipt comes from our payment provider.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our payment processor and hosting), under agreements that limit their use of it, or where required by law.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of non-essential email. Contact us to make a request.
