How do I access an app after I buy it?
These are web apps you open in a browser — there's nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play. Check out with the email your athlete will use, open the app's web address, and sign in with that same email. There's no separate website account. If the app doesn't show your purchase, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time — no fee, no phone call. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. See Manage your subscription below, or Billing & Cancellation for details.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not right now. You pay for the first period up front, the full price and billing terms are shown before you check out, and you can cancel anytime.
Which app should we start with?
Start with whichever fits your athlete's biggest need right now — training, nutrition, recovery, or the playbook. You can add others later.
